MdM-Greece three-year strategic \/ operational plan 2023-2026 is designed across two main axes: The first concerns the Internal Environment which includes the -“timeless” – structural axes of the organization \u2013 i.e. Governance | Administration, Collaborations, Development, Communication – and the second the External Environment which includes the thematic axes of the organization for the specific period of time – i.e. Environment and Vulnerable populations, Refugees and Migrants, Health and Protection of Mother and Child, Capacity Building – Integration and Inclusion, Emergency Response.<\/p>\n
