The improvement of management processes, <\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun ContextualSpellingAndGrammarErrorV2Themed SCXW185147140 BCX8\">the scientific<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW185147140 BCX8\"> monitoring, and the empowerment of human resources aim to support the mission of the organization for the protection of children and young people in danger. The grant will contribute to SMANs organizational development by suggesting activities with measurable outcome: the beneficiaries will be increased as well as the quality of the services provided, raising a positive impact on the target group of unaccompanied minors (<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SpellingErrorV2Themed SCXW185147140 BCX8\">uams<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW185147140 BCX8\">).<\/p>\n<p>By strengthening the management team, administrative, transparency and fundraising procedures will be improved and the scientific role of SMAN will be upgraded. New funding resources, and the maintenance of the organization\u2019s real estate property will enable financial sustainability<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW185147140 BCX8\">.\u00a0 <\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW185147140 BCX8\">A very important<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW185147140 BCX8\"> pillar of the SP is investing in the personal development of humans of SMAN (employees, volunteers, beneficiaries); &#8220;We care for the employees, they care for the children (<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SpellingErrorV2Themed SCXW185147140 BCX8\">uams<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW185147140 BCX8\">) and children learn how to care for thei<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW185147140 BCX8\">r fellow human beings in the future.&#8221; SMAN&#8217;s specialization in the care of <\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SpellingErrorV2Themed SCXW185147140 BCX8\">uams<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW185147140 BCX8\">, and more specifically in <\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW185147140 BCX8\">the institution of <\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SpellingErrorV2Themed SCXW185147140 BCX8\">uams<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW185147140 BCX8\">\u2019 \u201cfostering\u201d <\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW185147140 BCX8\">in the long run<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW185147140 BCX8\"> aims to strengthen the competitiveness of the organization.<\/p>\n<p>SMAN&#8217;s strategic plan supports the advocacy role of civil society by <\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW185147140 BCX8\">participating<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW185147140 BCX8\"> in networks of organizations who share common <\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun ContextualSpellingAndGrammarErrorV2Themed SCXW185147140 BCX8\">values, and<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW185147140 BCX8\"> share good practices.
