HeterArt re-invents routes of communication, building bridges between people and cultures by using existing affordable resources, flexible and scalable tools, co-designed by youth, based in their common narratives and their need to express through Art.<\/p>\n
HeterArt aims to:<\/p>\n
– Merge science, art perspectives and the transition of the society<\/p>\n
– Suggest innovative tools to help increase soft skills\u2019 development<\/p>\n
– Propose workshops which drive critical thinking, creativity and adaptability<\/p>\n
– Identify solutions to ensure equal access and inclusion in the Arts<\/p>\n
HeterArt is a non profit organization established in June 2019. HeterArt\u2019s founding members are Anna Vafiadou (Urban Planner) and Anastasia Karoussi (student at School of Architecture, NTUA). HeterArt was awarded at Hack the Camp in December 2016. Since September 2017 was supported by SOCIAL DYNAMO Bodossaki Foundation, co-created educational programs and participated in Civil Society clusters. Since April 2018 HeterArt co-ordinates as the main local partner \u2018Nordic Urban Lab in Athens\u2019 initiated by \u00a0Metropolis|CIT.\u00a0 HeterArt is participating in Ashoka\u2019s Hello Europe impact scaling accelerator program.
