AIESEC is the largest network managed and composed exclusively of individuals aged 18-30 with a presence in more than 120 countries and regions. Its purpose is to develop leadership skills in young people through intercultural exchanges. These exchanges are either voluntary or internships and aim at the personal and professional development of young people, while at the same time creating a positive impact on society. Since 2015, AIESEC has been collaborating with the UN with the aim of achieving the Sustainable Development Goals.
