Bodossaki Foundation (hereinafter “BF”) gives users – project developers the option, through “Find your partner!” Section of this site, to publish their own content (written information and photos / videos) in order to create an online profile, and in particular to publish their brand name, their legal form, the domains – fields of their activity, their target groups, and their work, with the aim of networking and developing synergies with other users / entities.

BF reserves the right to control such content and to prevent the publication of material that is unlawful, threatening, defamatory, offensive, obscene, outrageous, extortionate, or any other that could be considered illegal, to raise legal liability or otherwise violate law. If content such as the above comes to the attention of BF, then BF is entitled to remove it / not to publish it without notice or any other formalities.

Users for their part recognize the right of BF to review and approve the material they submit prior to its publication on the website. BF has the right (but not the obligation) to review, approve, reject or delete content submitted by users to the website and these decisions are not subject to appeal – review process.

BF also reserves the right to delete or refuse the publication of content that violate the rights of use, trademarks, trademarks or any other intellectual of individuals or legal entities as well as material that violates privacy or personal data.

Any user who publishes content expressly acknowledges, declares and accepts that:

• He/She is solely responsible for the accuracy and correctness of the content and information he/she submits.
• He/She reserves the right to submit and publish content on the website that does not contain or infringe the trademarks, logos or copyrighted material of any individuals or legal entities.
• He/She disclaims the website and BF from any costs of royalty, remuneration and any other indebtedness to anyone as a result of posting content on the website.
• Every person who is “photographed” in the content has consented to their image.
• He/She has all the necessary licenses for the use of any rights contained in the content that he/she submits.

Users are solely responsible for the content they submit or distribute through the website in any way. In no event shall BF or its representatives be held liable for any damages or losses arising out of the actions of users of the website. If a user wishes to withdraw his/her submitted content, he/she must notify BF using the email contact available on the website.

This note applies in combination with the other terms of use of the website www.activezitizensfund.gr.
