Society of Psychosocial Research and Intervention – SPRI, is a non-profit, non-governmental organization founded in 2003 as a legal entity in Ioannina, Greece. Its main focus is to improve the quality of life of people with psychosocial problems and to fully reintegrate them into the community through the promotion of their economic, social and cultural interests, by providing rehabilitation services and vocational training, ensuring equal opportunities through the implementation of several appropriate practices.

SPRI organizes and implements actions, operations and programs in the context of prevention and promotion of public health in the general population and in specified vulnerable population groups. Moreover, the Society is actively involved in Action and Projects regarding elderly people, such as community care projects for the disabled and the elderly and a project in Active Ageing. Society deals with Health and Mental health issues, Education and Human Resources Development, Equal opportunities, Human rights, Minorities and Social inclusion, NGO Capacity building and Volunteering.

SPRI is a member of the Panhellenic Federation of Alzheimer’s Disease and Related Disorders, and the Greek EIP on AHA Network.
