Through the strategic plan, ELIZA plans to create new hospital units, train public servants & young children and to reach out to every citizen for zero tolerance against child abuse. Significant resources are needed, so that ELIZA can continue with the necessary know how and the ability to design innovative programs for the benefit of society. The grant will empower organizational development, leading to:
1. Greater impact & significant increase of the beneficiaries
2. Raising awareness / visibility through the projects and the campaigns
3. Evolution of the organizational structure & the operational / assessment monitoring processes (for the personnel & the projects)

In addition, it will pave the way to long-term sustainability:
1. Rational use of resources, long-term value, meeting its financial obligations without the need for drastic measures in the capital & operating form
2. Balancing needs, revenues & expenses, flexibility to raise additional funds from alternative sources of funding
3. Giving back to the community
4. Improving administrative processes & performance increase (personnel & scientific partners)
